The apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the staff were consistently professional and approachable. Its location is a particular advantage. Service generally met expectations, but the Wi-Fi, toilet plumbing, and tap water could use improvement. Maintenance needs attention. It was a positive stay overall, and I’d consider returning.

The location made it easy to get to all the activities, and the staff were helpful and cooperative. Our room was clean and furnished well, and the service was very good. We had an excellent stay and would recommend it for families or friends.

We spent 10 days here as a family. The facilities were very good apart from the internet, and the cleanliness, staff, and location were all excellent. Badr and Abdulrahman were there to help and support us throughout. We also appreciated the Eid celebration gift, which made the kids very happy. One of the best hotel apartments in Alexandria.

Good location, comfortable, and super clean. Affordable too.

The rooms are okay, but it would be better if standard hotel services like soap and towels were provided. Network coverage is awful, so check whether the room has Wi-Fi before checking in. It may suit small families on a short trip, but staying in the room all day wouldn't make for a good experience.
