The rooftop breakfast was good, though it’s strange that hotel guests have to pay a minimum charge to enter the rooftop cafe. The location is very good and service reasonable, but the rooms are run-down and the bathroom is awful.

A great stay right on the Alexandria waterfront. The rooms were clean, the Corniche views were stunning, and the staff were friendly. Comfortable and affordable, with a location that’s hard to beat. You can watch the sunrise from your window! 🌊🏨🌅💙

The location is the one good thing, along with the rooftop restaurant and its waiters. The hotel needs serious maintenance. The front desk clerk on the 5th floor is unprofessional and unwelcoming, and keeps trying to get tips for doing nothing. If he gets an ordinary tip, he treats you terribly.

Fine for one night, or two at most. It has standard utilities, air conditioning, TV and cable, and hard drinks are available. The room furniture is very humble, but the sea view is perfect. There’s no phone in the room to call reception or room service. The roof is good, and breakfast food is average. Double room for +600 EGP BB.

Breakfast on the roof with that great view is a lovely part of the stay. The rooms are clean, the location is really good, and the staff are friendly. I’ve stayed here several times and love the hotel.
