Breakfast had enough variety for different tastes, and the hotel restaurants serve both local dishes and international cuisine. The staff were friendly and supportive throughout. The hotel is in Sidi Bishr, one road back from the corniche, and has its own beach. My room was clean and tidy. Thanks to Ms Maryam for her professional help with upgrading me to a one-bedroom apartment on the upper 10th floor, with a full sea view. I’d choose this hotel again for future stays in Alexandria.

Breakfast was tasty, with a good range of choices, and the service was excellent. The location also worked well, with lovely views and easy access to nearby areas. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the whole hotel felt calm and well cared for. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. I had a great stay at Hilton Alexandria and would happily return. It’s an easy recommendation for anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality hotel.

I loved sitting out on the balcony, though highway noise made me sleep with earplugs. The room was well appointed, and the staff were quick to help. They clearly care about guests and have thought of everything. I’d never been able to message hotel staff on Whatsapp before, including to order room service, and really liked that. It felt like a one-stop shop, with most of the generous amenities included in the spectacular room. The sauna was fabulous, and I appreciated having the spa shower available, though showering in the room may be easier. Mom loved the marble floors and bathtub. The fitness equipment had no cleaning supplies set up nearby. At breakfast, the staff kindly prepared beef bacon just for my mom. The coffee was great, but service at the station was a little slow. A short list of what you can order would help, and decaf wasn’t available. The cigar bar is elegant and well ventilated, with a buy-one-get-one happy hour from 4 to 6pm and live entertainment around 11pm. The nightclub has a similar offer from 9 to 10pm, plus great music.

The sunset from the pool and private beach was a lovely bonus, and the breakfast buffet was great. The property was clean, organized, and well maintained. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Nagwa helped us during check-in and found us a great room, and was professional and helpful throughout our stay. Hamid went above and beyond at La Gourmandise, while Dawlet did excellent housekeeping and helped make us comfortable. Thanks to the whole team.
