It feels more like a happy family villa than a hotel apartment, which makes this a perfect place to stay for however long you want.

The room was clean and fully equipped, and there’s an iron in it for you to use. Still, this feels very local and isn’t for tourists. It might work for a business trip or an urgent stay. The nearby playground and club make it a little noisy, and breakfast doesn’t start until 9:00 am!

The best thing is the spot by the Nile, with very good places to walk. The room was clean, but the towels were old and need replacing. Breakfast was simple and there was a good amount, though the tables weren’t clean. For one night it’s okay, but the price is much higher than what you get.

Mr. Omar at reception did his best to make us comfortable, and we felt at home right away. The place itself is simple, clean, and organized, and the staff are very friendly. I’d recommend it over any hotel in Assiut.

The view in Asyut is the best, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was fine, no complaints there. The hotel really needs a major renovation, though. Everything has that 70s look and feel.
