The location was the only good thing, and it couldn't make up for the terrible service and cleanliness. The rooms were in extremely poor condition and weren't cleaned regularly, which made the stay uncomfortable and unacceptable. Management was unprofessional and disrespectful, showed no interest in helping guests or fixing problems, and was rude toward guests, with none of the basic hospitality standards. One of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I strongly don't recommend staying here.

The area is perfectly central, and the rooftop overlooking the Nile made our whole Aswan trip remarkable. Most rooms have a great view, and the bedrooms are nice, though a bit dark, with an old AC. There’s live TV and a jacuzzi, but it wasn't on in January. The boiler is tiny, so you get about 15 minutes in the shower before waiting 1-2 minutes for it to heat again. Internet is only available in the lobby.

We stayed just one night because of a last-minute plan, and wouldn't have stayed if we'd had another option. The room itself was okay, but very noisy because the windows don't block the sound. The lock was loose, there was a worn-out towel, and there wasn't even clean water in the bathroom. Staff were helpful, but given the location and the price, the property could be maintained much better. Stay only if you have no other choice.

That hotel view is to die for. I was in room 107, and the corner window was such a lovely surprise. The roof is a great spot to hang out too. Everything was super clean, the food was delicious, and the staff were cheerful and helpful. Great hospitality ❤️
