The food was fresh and simple, and my room was very clean, newly painted. The staff were friendly, most of them quite young. The restaurant could do better with cleanliness, especially the tables and tablecloths. Some staff should pay more attention to that instead of playing with their phones.

I spent five days here while waiting for my sick mother to arrive from Sudan. The staff were accommodating and very helpful. I asked them to make a special soup for her, and they did it without any problem. The spacious rooms have balconies overlooking the swimming pool. They're cleaned daily, or at least someone asks each day if you'd like yours cleaned. I also felt the price was low for the service. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a good time in Aswan.

The swimming pool is modest, but it's there. The place is far from downtown, and there wasn't a nice view at all.
