Vereena at reception was especially kind, patient and supportive from the moment we arrived. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, professional and helpful, and treated us with real respect. It was my first stay here, and I had a wonderful time. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, everything felt well organized, and the place itself was beautiful. I’d definitely recommend it.

The reception team made a big difference, welcoming us warmly and handling everything in a friendly, professional way. The staff were respectful and helpful throughout. My room was extremely clean, comfortable and well prepared, so it was easy to relax. The hotel is beautiful and well organized. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and excellent service.

The restaurant was a real highlight. The ingredients were fresh and expertly prepared, and the food could hold its own at a top French restaurant. My nights were restful, with impeccable bedding. Khaled gave me an 80-minute massage that felt marvelous and incredibly liberating. The pampering is still working its magic on my body. The staff were so pleasant, attentive and quick to respond. It was only three days, but a truly wonderful stay. Thank you. I highly recommend the hotel and will definitely return. Warm regards, Gildas ✨️ 🙏

The resort feels calm and private, and the villa-style accommodation is elegant, unusual and sparkling clean. We ate delicious farm-to-table food throughout our stay. Madame Nadia deserves a mention for the excellent spa treatments. Mr. Farid led a sound yoga session that even my skeptical husband enjoyed, and Marvel, the customer experience manager, really does live up to her name. Zen Wellness exceeded our expectations and then some.

Amel Haned and Medina were excellent hosts and made our family’s stay feel special. This is a beautiful hidden gem in Aswan, with a five-star resort, lovely rooms and a great view of the Nile.
