Radisson Blu Hotel & Convention Center, Alexandria

The restaurant food was always delicious, and its staff were just as pleasant and helpful, making sure I was comfortable during meals. Iman Shaaba and Dena Ahmad from housekeeping did a really good job cleaning my room, and they were professional and kind. The front desk team were welcoming, patient, and professional, while the security staff at the entrance were gracious, alert, and welcoming. The staff and management did all they could to keep me comfortable and were ready to help in any situation. They also promptly provided a vehicle to take me to the hospital whenever needed. I felt cared for like family and at home. I’ll definitely stay here again on trips to Alexandria. Kudos to everyone on the team and in management, they’re amazing people.

The hotel is a long way from everything, which is its main drawback. Still, the hospitality is great, and the staff are so helpful, especially the buffet team and their manager, who I’m actually friends with. The facilities are good, particularly the gym, and the rooms are great, including the ones in the new extension. There’s a good choice at the buffet, plus plenty of room service dining options. One of the best hotels in Egypt.

Alia Khallaf was especially kind and helpful, and her warm, professional manner made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff as a whole welcomed me and made me feel at home. I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend the hotel.

I really appreciate the hotel’s excellent cleanliness and service. Ms. Dina Ahmed deserves special thanks for the care and attention she put into her work. It makes a real difference. Mohamed Khaled Taha Air Cairo Room 262
