The pools were well kept, with plenty to choose from, and the hotel was really clean. We had a great week. Food was good, with lots of options and a new theme each night at the buffet. The al a carte restaurants were lovely too. The staff were all friendly, especially Emad at the Red lounge, who makes the BEST cocktails! I’d definitely recommend the hotel and will return.

We had a relaxing, enjoyable holiday, with strong facilities, excellent food, and fantastic staff overall. Our issues were minor and operational, and the resort’s response to our feedback left a very good impression. We’d consider booking again. More consistency in guest services could take the resort from very good to outstanding. The hotel is a short taxi ride from the airport and Naama Bay. It isn’t beachfront, but the courtesy bus runs regularly and the trip is quick, though booking it could be simpler. The resort has newer and older sections; some spots look a little tired, and the layout can feel maze-like, but the grounds are well cared for. The pools are a strength, with lively and quiet options, plus two water parks for different age groups. They were all clean and well run. Buffet meals were excellent for quality, freshness, and variety, with themes rotating each night. We could eat at the same main restaurant throughout the stay without getting bored. Service was generally strong. Some staff seemed focused on tips, while many were outstanding. Karim at the pool was consistently friendly and attentive. Geogus at the Atrium restaurant was warm, professional, and proactive. Victor Emad at Reds Bar was engaging and attentive without making us feel pressured. Essam Shenouda, Executive Assistant Manager, was proactive and clearly passionate about the guest experience. Our main recurring frustration was booking specialty restaurants. Guest Services only handled bookings during fixed hours, right in the middle of peak relaxation time. One team member was extremely helpful, but another made requests seem like an inconvenience, particularly outside those hours, even when the booking was eventually processed. Several guests mentioned this too. A few people also commented that a very small number of staff at buffet cooking stations seemed unfriendly or disengaged. We briefly noticed it ourselves, but it wasn’t widespread. When we mentioned these minor concerns in passing to Geogus, while stressing that we were having a good time, the restaurant manager came to speak with us within minutes. At lunch the next day, the Assistant Executive Manager met us personally. He was calm, professional, and genuinely concerned. We explained nothing was spoiling the holiday and it was more an observation than a complaint. He said he wanted guests to have a perfect holiday, not just a good one. The next day managers were visibly more present around the resort, engaging with guests and observing service, and the atmosphere at the cooking stations seemed noticeably better. The quick, serious response said a lot about the leadership on site.

The resort grounds were clean and well kept, and the hotel has potential. Still, some staff were unfriendly and rude, including Albert, who handles guests’ luggage. The furniture was outdated, which left a negative overall impression. The hotel was 90% russian. For these reasons, I wouldn’t consider coming back.

I booked two weeks at Xperience Kiroseiz Parkland, then added a third. My opinion kept improving as the days went by. It’s a well-organized resort, and the frequent shuttle to the beach was reliable. The grounds are beautiful, with lots of small touches that make a stay special. Guest relations were fantastic. Caroline helped me move rooms, Ali was helpful too, and another woman whose name I didn’t catch was just as supportive. They really tried to solve issues and make me comfortable. Reception could be slow. One room move took about 25 minutes and there was a small mistake that meant I had to move again, but staff were helpful, just not quick. With a baby, I’d ask for a ground-floor room in the Premier area because it makes getting around with a buggy much easier. It can be a little noisy outside, but with the door closed it’s fine, unless you’re a very light sleeper. Parkland is quieter but means more walking. If you have children and want everything closer together, consider which area you choose. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk to Naama Bay. We enjoyed walking along the strip for a drink, and I easily got 15,000 steps just around the resort. Other guests sometimes had poor manners, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Food was great, with plenty of choices. Some people find it repetitive, but I was happy having salad every day. The bar service was organized and attentive, and traveling with a baby, I was always given milk without fuss. Restaurant staff were very good too. The kids’ park and aqua park were excellent, and the entertainment team brought a great atmosphere. Lili was brilliant. The kids’ club could be better: the woman there was friendly but often on her phone and didn’t engage much with the children. I also appreciated seeing the owner walking around regularly. He didn’t come across as arrogant, but grateful and involved, and that kind of leadership shows. Not every detail was perfect, but the facilities, service, atmosphere, and value made this a strong five stars for me. I had a fantastic time and would definitely return.

As a winter escape from the cold Estonian weather, it’s a good place to stay. The hotel is big, clean overall, and we could eat, drink, and swim on both the Premier and Parkland sides. The shop area in the center was dusty and below standard. Our family room had loud hallway noise in the first bedroom, but the second was very quiet. A regular room with just one door between you and the hallway might be a problem. The food was good for an Egyptian hotel, and there were lots of places to eat. Naama Bay is nearby, and we found a good barber 2km from the hotel, halfway there. The beauty treatments at the hotel seemed expensive to us. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant for my birthday, but it was a bit disappointing, with food very similar to the everyday all-inclusive restaurants. The waiter brought over the complimentary cake and blew out the candles himself. We found that funny, though some people might want to make a wish and blow them out themselves. The hotel beach was the main drawback for us. It’s far away, and you have to book a seat on the free hotel bus a day ahead. That wasn’t much of an issue in January since we didn’t want to swim in the sea; we went once but didn’t swim. Bassem, our favorite bartender at the lobby bar, was helpful and made good drinks. Since it’s our last day, we can say it’s been a nice experience. In other seasons, I’d personally prefer a hotel by the beach.
