The service was terrible, housekeeping was nonexistent, and non-foreigners were treated differently. They ignored customers’ requests. I wish I hadn’t come, so don’t make the same mistake.

This might be the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. If you want to experience a nightmare, go to Sultanbeach.
