We stayed in the superior chalet, which had a bedroom and living room, and a kitchen packed with appliances. It had everything you could think of, from egg boilers to air fryers, so we did a lot of cooking and it was great. I love the chalet because you're right on the beachfront, in the first row, while still having access to all the resort facilities, even though it's not physically inside the resort.

The food was repetitive and bad, and my wife and our three children got diarrhea and vomiting. Cleaning was practically nonexistent. There was dust all over the hotel, and although housekeeping came daily, they basically just made the bed, apparently hoping for a tip. The floors and bathrooms weren't cleaned at all. There was a sewage smell throughout the hotel, and I even photographed sewage in the garden opposite the rooms. As someone who has actually stayed here, my advice is not to waste your money. The experience was very bad, and in my opinion it doesn't deserve more than one star. There were plenty of other bad things I haven't even mentioned.
