What made the holiday so memorable was how consistently warm the service felt, day after day. Every interaction was friendly and professional, and the staff seemed to truly care that we were comfortable and happy. We were greeted with big smiles and never had a negative encounter. We want to thank Ahmed Hamed, Abdalla Mohamed, Ahmed El Nomairy, Abdelrahman Hesham, Mohamed ElWakel, Salah Ragab, Mahmoud Sayed, Mohamed Gamal, Abd Allah Mohamed, Ahmed Sabah, Mina Awadallah, Abdelbaset Ahmed, and Mohamed Helmy. They each helped make our stay special, whether in the restaurant, at the bar, on the beach, in housekeeping, or behind the scenes. Hilton Hurghada Plaza is beautiful, but its people made the difference. From arrival through departure, we felt surrounded by positivity and genuine hospitality. The animation team brought so much energy to the hotel, with daytime activities and evening shows that made it welcoming and fun for all ages. They were friendly and professional, and really made our stay memorable. The location was convenient for exploring the area, and the staff throughout the hotel were kind and ready to help. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the facilities were excellent. We had a fantastic stay. The animation team especially deserves recognition, and we'd definitely return and recommend the hotel.

Mahmoud was especially attentive and kept checking that we had what we needed. Azazy was fantastic too, and Muhammed, the night manager, quickly and professionally sorted out an issue that wasn't related to the hotel. We got a very warm welcome and excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel is conveniently located near the town centre and tour spots. We had a great experience and would definitely return!

January 2006 The Turkish restaurant across from our chalet and the sea was a highlight, with outstanding food and atmosphere. My wife Sylviane and I spent 13 nights at the Hilton Plaza Hurghada, and it was a very pleasant, relaxing stay. Chalet 909 was on the ground floor, looking out over the garden and sea. It was peaceful, with beautifully kept lawns and flowerbeds. Our room was cleaned every day and kept immaculate. Afiti Mahmoud looked after it with great care and skill, and we appreciated his kindness. The garden and beach maintenance staff also surprised us in a lovely way, always greeting us and sharing kind words. An unforgettable stay.
