Amin hotel

We stayed two nights and thought it was incredible value. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and breakfast was included in the room price. It was served on the rooftop, with large portions of hot, fresh food. There was also laundry service, check-in and checkout at any time, and a secure place to leave our luggage after checkout. We met around 15 people from reception, the kitchen, and housekeeping, and everyone was very friendly. They seemed to enjoy working there. The hotel is centrally located, with lots of shops, restaurants, cafes, takeaway coffee, and convenience stores on the street. We'll be back!

We came back after a day out and found our door unlocked. They accused us of not locking it, then said they wanted to move us to another room without giving a good reason. They kept calling while we were trying to rest before dinner, then sent three people up to move us. Absolutely brutal. On checkout morning, the elevator was broken and we were nine floors up with two loads of luggage to carry down. The stairs had no lights. My bag broke a small window and badly cut my hand, with blood everywhere. To top it off, two of us shared one breakfast, and when I left to change, they wanted to charge her for another coffee. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Don't stay here.

If you want to experience life with real Egyptian people, try this place. Everyone is friendly, and you feel surrounded by genuine love and care. My first night and day have been great, and I'll absolutely spend the rest of my vacation here. The place is simple but very clean.

It's right in the heart of Cairo, with easy access to attractions around the city. The hotel and staff are amazing and very helpful. They can arrange sightseeing tours, which takes away some of the stress of booking them. Manager Ahmed is really nice and helps with whatever you need. The food is good, and the rooms have all the amenities needed for a lovely stay. I'd definitely recommend it.
