Stay away! They messaged me at 11 a.m. on arrival day saying they had an “upgrade” at another hotel. I looked that place up and found awful reviews, including people saying they'd been moved there at the last minute for suspicious reasons. I refused the change and at least got a free cancellation. It seems obvious to me they overbook and send guests to other, probably cheaper, hotels at the last minute.

Breakfast was so good, and I liked that it kept me going while exploring without getting hungry again. The team clearly puts care into keeping the place welcoming. I stayed several days and it started to feel like a second home. It's clean, organized, and convenient, and the staff are genuinely friendly. You don't feel alone here. The location felt safe and secure, with everything I needed nearby, and the atmosphere was lively and welcoming.

It's on the fourth floor and not very visible from outside the building. The staff are kind and helpful. Breakfast was good, though it'd be better if they served it earlier.

I loved the atmosphere, and the breakfast was nice too. The hostel is spotless, with beautiful rooms, and the location is perfect while still being quiet at night. The staff are so friendly. They let me leave one of my bags while I was traveling, then pick it up later, and helped with all my questions. You can tell they do it with love and passion.

The staff made every interaction a pleasure with their courtesy and professionalism, and the stay was really enjoyable. Special thanks to Youssef on the night shift for such great service. I'd recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a welcoming, respectful place.
