Nour at reception was very helpful, and the room was clean and tidy. I had booked and paid online, then left my luggage with them after checkout so I could spend a few hours touring the city. It was a pleasant stay, and I'll gladly come back soon. Go for it.

The Adly Yaken street branch is smaller than the other one, including the rooms, but it's cozy and the prices are affordable. The triple room felt cramped, though; arranging the furniture differently might help. Everything was clean, and the staff were just as cheerful and friendly as at the other branch. The view is better here, but the street gets too noisy at night.

Calling this a hotel is a stretch. Our room had no window and was so tiny we couldn't open our luggage, and there was nowhere to sit for breakfast except at reception. We booked a shared bathroom, but it was really a toilet and basin with a shower above the toilet. It was filthy, and I couldn't work out how to shower there. The pictures are misleading. I wouldn't recommend staying here or call it a hotel.
