The kitchen was more than perfect, and everyone on the team was incredible. The staff were very humble, kind, and helpful, with outstanding service. Restaurant team, +10. Reception, +10. Our driver, Mr. Sarwat, gets a 1000, not just a 10. Mr. Sarwat’s kindness, dedication, and big heart were one of the main reasons my time in Egypt became a WONDERFUL experience. Thank you all so much. I hope to see you again soon. You’re in my heart! ❤️

A convenient location and an easy, hassle-free stay. The room was tidy, clean, and comfortable, with the basics provided. The bed was cozy, and housekeeping kept things in good order. A dependable place to stay comfortably.

I ended up booking somewhere else, even though it cost quite a bit more, because the communication and service there were clear and professional. This hotel was disappointing to deal with. There’s no official website, so I called the listed number to ask about booking. The person who answered didn’t introduce themselves and handled the call unprofessionally. They told me to send a WhatsApp message, which I did right away with my requested dates. Three days passed without a reply. I followed up and asked whether a room was available, but got no response.
