I spent three weeks at JW Marriot while relocating to Cairo for work, and it felt like home. The staff were incredibly helpful, often doing more than I asked, even when I hadn't asked for anything. I liked the facilities and amenities, and the hotel was clean in general. I'd recommend staying at JW Marriott for work or a holiday. One extra tip: give the steakhouse a try.

The welcome starts as soon as you walk into the hotel, with smiles and hospitality that make you feel at home. The staff are very kind, and breakfast is excellent. Whenever I visit Cairo, this is somewhere I can relax and have a wonderful time. Many thanks to everyone on the staff. I'll definitely want to stay here again on my next visit.

I had a great stay and can recommend this hotel. The ladies-only gym has reformers, which I loved. Breakfast was nice too. When I told them the room was too cold, a technician came right away.

Hani Hakeem and Basmalah deserve a special thank-you. Their professionalism, attention to detail, kindness, and real care made my visit memorable and showed the hospitality JW Marriott is known for. JW Marriott Cairo has spacious, spotless rooms with elegant design, a beautiful atmosphere, and top-class amenities. It was peaceful enough to properly relax. The restaurants offered plenty of choice and excellent food, while the pool and fitness areas were among the best I've experienced. I'd highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the city for business or leisure. It brings together comfort, luxury, and world-class service.

The frequent weddings and loud events made it impossible to rest, especially on weekends, and maintenance work added even more noise. Over the last few days, things got so bad that I could hardly sleep. The environment doesn't suit a business or luxury stay. I spent a month at this hotel, and it fell far short of what I expected. The food was very poor, and although I complained several times about the food and hygiene, nothing was done to correct the problems. I raised other complaints during my stay too, but none was taken seriously or resolved effectively. If anyone from JW Marriott management or the board sees this, I'd appreciate being contacted directly to discuss these issues. I have videos and records to share. This was extremely disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend the property until there are major improvements in service, hygiene, and guest care.
