The traditional Egyptian breakfast was included, and the bathroom accessories were there too. Check-in was easy, and you can get room service if you ask. The staff were friendly, knew their stuff, and were always willing to help. The place was extremely clean. I’ll definitely come back.

We only needed somewhere to shower and rest for a few hours after a long flight, and thankfully we weren’t there overnight. A tour operator arranged it at the airport. The photos show what it was like. The building seemed very dated, and although I think there were better rooms, they wanted to charge us more for those. Probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed at so far. Very disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The rooms were dirty, and the bedsheets had stains. Staff barely spoke English, so communication was difficult. They don’t even provide complimentary water, and the elevator felt scary because it was open. I wouldn’t recommend this for families.
