Hilton Cairo Grand Nile

The one thing I’d improve is the rooms, which could use some renovation to feel more modern and be in better shape. Aside from that, I’d definitely recommend staying here. The hotel’s location in my opinion is the best in Cairo, with a unique view, an amazing lounge interior, and great restaurants and facilities. The front desk, restaurant service, room cleaning staff, and pretty much everyone we needed or spoke with were incredibly kind and helpful.

The views from the suite were unforgettable: the grand Nile river and its nightlife, plus the best sunset ever with a direct view of the pyramids from our bedroom. We were made to feel valued from the moment we arrived. Even though my husband and I got there very late at midnight, Mr. Amir warmly and professionally welcomed us at reception and kindly upgraded us to a suite. Mr. Ali Attia gave us an outstanding guest experience. The complimentary Grand Club access and huge, beautifully prepared birthday cake were such thoughtful gestures, and they made the celebration unforgettable. Room service and housekeeping were impeccable throughout. Each time we came back, the suite was immaculate and perfectly prepared, with consistent attention to detail. We’re grateful to the whole team for their dedication, kindness, and impressive service. Every interaction felt welcoming, and they made our honeymoon and my birthday truly unforgettable. The Grand Club team also made each visit a pleasure: Mr. Mohamed Kamal was cheerful at breakfast, and Mr. Abouda Ragab made dinner a great experience. The view and location made this one of my best Cairo hotel stays. Mr. Mohamed looked after my room throughout and showed real hospitality on the 37th floor. The staff were helpful and respectful, and breakfast was good, with plenty of choices, though it hasn't changed. It was a bit pricey, but I think the location makes that okay. The gym was old school, which suits me. My main complaints were the Wi-Fi and TV channels, both of which need improvement. I enjoyed the stay and will definitely return with my family.

The room was clean, with a lovely Nile view, and the shower had strong pressure and nicely hot water. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the staff were polite. Security was alert from the start, which made the place feel safe. The lobby also has an open view of the Nile. The building is a little old but kept in good shape. My one small disappointment was breakfast. The variety and taste were pretty average, apart from the breads and pastries, which were appealing.
