Hostel Vienna

Check-in and check-out went smoothly, and I really appreciated how thoughtfully everything was handled. My room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, with the amenities I needed, and the location was perfect. The staff were so friendly and helpful, always making sure I was comfortable. I had a wonderful stay, would definitely recommend the hotel, and would love to return.

The receptionist with glasses was rude to us every time. Most rooms don't have AC, so you have to beg for a fan. The rooms are filthy and there's barely space to put your things. The kitchen and washing machine are dirty too. Trust me, avoid this place at all costs. You can find much better hostels nearby, like arabesque hostel. It's a great place only if you're after a terrible experience.

The room felt cozy and was spotless, and everything during the stay was handled so well. The team took care of every detail, and the location and atmosphere were lovely. I’d happily come back on my next trip.

I regret agreeing to stay here after a street agent referred us. They charged 600EGP for just a couple of hours, and you don't get to see the room before paying. It was filthy, with no toiletries, towels, or toilet paper. The bathroom had only a curtain instead of a door. There was no AC, and the window wouldn't open, so they gave us a table fan. The most horrible room I've ever stayed in. I'd give it zero if I could.
