Dinner at the restaurant at Semiramis InterContinental Cairo was a wonderful experience. Wael Youssef made us feel genuinely welcome all evening. He was friendly, professional, attentive, and thoughtful about the details, and his hospitality made the meal even more enjoyable. The food was excellent and the atmosphere elegant, with truly exceptional service. Wael is exactly the kind of person guests hope to meet at a luxury hotel. Thank you for such a memorable evening, I look forward to coming back.

The Nile views and dining al fresco made the Lebanese food experience delightful. There are excellent dining choices, and the hotel itself is wonderful, with friendly, accommodating staff. Islam was terrific and so helpful. I enjoyed it very much. Try it, you’ll love it!

The meal at the Grill was plentiful and delicious, and the service was exceptional. Mohamed and his whole team were lovely, friendly, attentive, and outstanding. If we’d been staying longer, we definitely would have eaten there again. Highly recommended.

We had a perfect stay in a fantastic room, with a breathtaking view of the Nile. The hotel was very clean and everything felt comfortable and well organized. My family and I loved the Bird Cage Thai Restaurant. Vanessa was especially sweet and accommodating with allergies and food preferences in our big group. The staff were cheerful and very helpful, the service was impeccable, and the food was delicious. Such a great experience, I definitely recommend it!
