The Executive Lounge was a highlight, with excellent food, lots of delicious choices, and a stunning view of the Nile. The spa was peaceful and so relaxing, and our room was beautiful, elegantly designed, and very comfortable. The hotel is right in the heart of the city, a few minutes' walk from downtown and many main attractions. Staff were warm, attentive, and professional, always going above and beyond to grant our wishes. From the moment we arrived to the very end, we felt completely cared for. We had an extraordinary stay. Thank you to the whole team for making it unforgettable. We'll definitely return.

The staff were all great. On our third night, we had a problem with the room, and they handled it perfectly. Breakfast was enjoyable, and the food in the executive lounge was good, with superb service there. The ATM is free to use, which is handy for cash tips the staff appreciate.

It's a decent base for exploring Cairo if you want a clean hotel with good food and drink. The breakfast was great, and the Turkish Restaurant was very nice. Rooms looked like the pictures, were clean, and were fine, though nothing surprising. If you're expecting European luxury service, look elsewhere. Room Division Service disappointed us, given the high price for an Egyptian hotel and the standards we're used to at Kempinski. The hotel ignored three requests for twin beds. We mentioned our dissatisfaction at check-in; they tried to find a solution but never apologized. We moved rooms the next day. Staff said they were pleasantly surprising us with a suite upgrade to apologize, but minutes later we were collected and told it was a mistake. We were returned to a normal room with twin beds. In general, staff were friendly but didn't show much competence. At checkout they were basically begging for a good review. On the positive side, the General Manager contacted me after our stay and assured me the issues would be addressed.

The Nile view from our room was breathtaking, and the Cleopatra spa treatment lived up to expectations. We also loved the suite, which was gorgeous, and enjoyed the dining options, including breakfast each day and the chocolate bar restaurant. What a beautiful hotel. Every staff member we met was courteous, kind, and helpful, and we had a wonderful stay. I'll always remember this place.

The food and clean room made for an enjoyable stay, and the location was perfect. Breakfast was great, especially the fresh strawberry juice, which was so refreshing. The only part I didn't like was a waitress asking me to rate her when she wasn't even serving us. I felt cornered, though I still enjoyed my stay.
