Madina Hostel

The Madina Hostel Team made this stay for me. They were warm, attentive, and helpful, and communicating with them before I arrived was easy. My airport transfer was waiting when I got into Cairo close to midnight, and the team was always there for guests. Traveling alone, I never felt alone because of their kindness and support. Both my rooms were clean and had balconies with nice city views. The hostel's location is great. The elevator did malfunction sometimes, but they sorted it out as quickly as they could.

Right in the city center, with all sorts of shops and services nearby. The staff managed the place well and were dedicated and helpful. The old lift has a manual door, and sometimes it wouldn't stop because the previous user hadn't shut it properly. I got stuck in it once during a power outage.

I met some great people here, which made the trip extra special. Al Madina Hostel is also close to lots of attractions, so getting around was easy. It was my first time in a hostel, and the experience went beyond what I expected. The staff were welcoming and always willing to help, and the clean, cozy atmosphere made me feel at home right away. If you're in Cairo and want a safe, friendly place with a good vibe, I'd recommend it. I'll definitely come back next trip.

A wonderful stay, especially because of the staff. The hostel was clean, with a nice room, an amazing location and view, and good vibes. They offer plenty of free things, including hot drinks with milk. Water is affordable too, at $0.10 for a small bottle and $0.20 for a large one. They also arrange tours at reasonable prices.
