The room was super clean, and they had free coffee and tea whenever you wanted. Breakfast was very good, and if you need something specific, you can ask them to go to the grocery store for you. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the location has lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend it.

The room needed better upkeep. There was a stain on my quilt and some broken things, including the bed, hadn't been fixed. The stairs leading up to the hotel feel really creepy, though they're not dangerous. The staff were great, and the receptionists were happy to help even before I arrived. At check-in, the receptionist offered to move me to a quieter room. The road is noisy, with constant car horns. Breakfast was basic, but at this low price I couldn't expect much more.

The manager came by to thank me for staying just before I checked out, even though his shift had ended. That was a nice touch. The staff are very helpful, and the price is affordable. It was my last day in Cairo, and the location made it easy to step out into the area where locals shop. I'd stay here again next time. Five stars from me.
