Tolip El Narges New Cairo

I found bedbug bites in my room during my stay, and I have documented proof. That's a serious hygiene and health issue, and it's unacceptable. I expect better from a hotel and hope management deals with this urgently.

The kids' area is the best part for me. It's good and safe, with plenty of variety to keep the kids entertained while families can watch them and enjoy good food and beverage service. The hotel rooms and facilities are really nice, and so are the pool and sports activities. We always have a good time there.

I was there for three nights, and it was an amazing experience. Everything was perfect, and the food was beyond what I expected 😍

The rooms and ambience were decent, but the rest of my three-day stay was disappointing. I booked a superior room a month ahead and got a standard twin instead. They promised to move me the next day, but it never happened. The front desk and room service weren't helpful, and several requests were ignored. Even basic needs went unanswered after repeated reminders. I was also billed for things I hadn't ordered. When I raised it, they refused to fix the charge and said it could only be adjusted "next time." Service and guest care are poor here. Unless you expect to stay in your room without asking for help, I'd avoid this property.
