Check-in took an hour and a half. The rooms were clean and organized, but they were missing basic things, like a kettle for coffee and any hot water. There were only three small shampoo packets for the shower. The hotel was neither good nor bad.

We reported the toilet problem as soon as we arrived, but it took five hours to fix. There was no water in the toilet, so it couldn’t be used, and the bathroom was in unacceptable condition. The room was dirty too. Waiting that long without basic facilities isn’t acceptable at a hotel. Cleanliness and maintenance should be priorities. I hope they improve hygiene and response times, because guests deserve much better service.

The liquid soap seemed diluted, as if they were trying to cut costs, and the bathroom was far below what I expected. The room was tiny, dirty, and poorly maintained. A terrible stay, and I wouldn’t come back. Thanks for nothing.

The beach and food were good, but the rooms were awful and unhygienic, and the receptionist was extremely rude. Definitely not recommended.

There was pee on the beds and blood in the rooms, and the toilet smell was horrible. Service was bad and overpriced. The only good thing about the hotel was the sea. Really, really bad experience. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else.
