The location is good, but there are plenty of better options nearby for the same price or less. We tried breakfast once and that was enough. It was awful. We'd booked and paid for four nights before arriving, and the room we stayed in was the best of the three we saw. It was still appalling. Everything in the room and bathroom was dirty, and nobody cleaned the room during our stay. We had to ask for toilet paper and towels when we arrived, then find someone to empty the bathroom bin full of used toilet paper by the third day. Using the bathroom was unpleasant. There was no hot water on the first day, and on the second day there was no water at all. We had to chase someone about both problems. The quilts had no covers and clearly hadn't been cleaned between guests. I could only hope the previous guests had no skin conditions. The booking site details bear little resemblance to the hotel. The last photo shows the "garden," in case you were hoping it might be pleasant.

The location is fine. Everything else was terrible value for money. I paid four times the average hotel price for that period and felt scammed. Breakfast was inedible and unsanitary. There was no coffee, the tables were dirty, and the food looked unsafe. The bathroom smelled bad and had sand everywhere and mold. Sometimes there was no water at all. When water did come, it wasn't hot and the pressure was almost nonexistent. The advertised 24/7 lobby wasn't true. I waited over an hour for anyone to show up, even after calling and leaving messages. Avoid this place.

I cancelled my booking two weeks before arrival because personal reasons meant I couldn't come, and wanted to discuss a possible refund. I couldn't reach the hotel through the booking app, by email, or by phone. Even after the dates I was meant to stay had passed, they hadn't replied to my cancellation. A friend who stayed there last week asked the reception staff twice to respond to my request, but still nothing. The hotel didn't even notice that I never checked in.

The rooftop is amazing. Having breakfast with a peaceful view makes for a perfect start to the morning. The hotel is right in front of the sea and in the middle of the market, so going for a swim or a stroll is easy. The staff are super friendly and quickly help with whatever you need. Mr Karim, the owner, is especially helpful and friendly.
