At the front desk, Mr. Osama and Mr. Bilal, with help from Mohamed, were welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. They sorted out trip bookings, arrangements, and logistics with close attention to safety and comfort. They even handled things I wouldn't have thought to ask about, so everything felt organized and worry-free. Their willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. Karim, Mohamed, and Ibrahim on the cafeteria and restaurant team were consistently friendly, courteous, and attentive. Service was prompt, and their good nature made every meal more enjoyable. Said, the young man in room service, also deserves recognition. He worked incredibly hard and with real dedication, and his politeness and attention to detail made a difference. The whole team's hospitality and effort made Penguin Village Dahab feel more like home than a hotel. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dahab, and I'd happily return.

Our room was spacious and very clean, and we were upgraded to one with a beautiful sea view, which made the stay even more special. The hotel also has a lovely private beach with crystal-clear water. Hany, Ahmed, and Hussam were especially kind and helpful, and all the staff were polite and attentive. The restaurant team and the rest of the staff made every meal a delight, and the food was delicious. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back, insha'Allah. Highly recommend this hotel.

This is my third time staying here, and it’s perfect for me as a solo traveler. I’m especially grateful that when I left my wallet with all my money in it in the dining area, it was handed in to reception. Thank you 🙏

I had a great time on my first visit to Dahab and will definitely come back. The hotel exceeded my expectations: the rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were kind, hospitable, and helpful. The location was especially good, with places like the corniche within walking distance.

Waking up to the sea, palm trees, and great local food just around the corner was such a lovely start to our holiday. We stayed Feb 20-22, 2026, and Penguin village Dahab was our first taste of Egypt's incredible hospitality. Nor and Henny were so kind, made us feel at home, and spoiled us with their thoughtfulness. The room was spacious and clean, the toilet and shower worked perfectly, and nights were quiet, so we slept really well. We couldn't have asked for a better place to begin our trip. Highly recommend staying here.
