The pool was nice, but the shower didn’t work at all. Having no shower after swimming is a no-go for me.

2/10
The staff, including the owner, were rude, unpleasant, and unprofessional. There was no hospitality and no effort to deal with customers properly. Staying at their camp was the worst experience I’ve had, and it was bad enough to make me wonder if I’ll ever visit Siwa again.

The pool is fantastic, and the hotel has a really enjoyable atmosphere. It looks fabulous, though the rooms need an upgrade. The owner is very good, but the tall fair guy responsible for looking after guests behaves terribly.

A lovely spot out in nature. My room was clean, and the staff were friendly.

The place feels nice and new, and the rooms are nice too, but they’re missing a lot of basic things. Staff are based at the other location, so if you need something, you have to wait for someone to come over or go there yourself.
