The pool was a highlight: very clean, well maintained, and pleasant to use. Rooms were clean, the facilities were high standard, and the friendly staff gave outstanding service. Still, there were several things that got in the way. The restaurant restrooms were in very poor condition, well below the standard of the rest of the hotel. Mosquitoes were excessive, especially at night, and made it hard to enjoy being outside. The beach was a long and tiring trip back and forth, and the rocky shoreline seemed to trap seaweed and marine vegetation. The resulting strong odor affected the water and made swimming in the sea unpleasant, especially beside the excellent pool. I had a wonderful stay, but more convenient beach access, better mosquito control, improved restaurant restrooms, and attention to the sea conditions would bring the experience much closer to perfect.

The seafood at Wafes Restaurant was one of the best meals I’ve had, absolutely delicious and truly world-class. Many thanks to Chef Hamdy and Mr. Bahaa, the restaurant manager, for their hospitality and excellent service. Rawan at reception was professional and warm, too. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and cooperative, and everything felt organized and comfortable. I really appreciated their efforts and would love to come back.

The aqua park was fantastic, and the resort itself was stunning. Everyone working there was polite, lovely, and incredibly helpful. Remonda and Sarah deserve a special thanks for their warm hospitality and for making our stay memorable. We’ll definitely return.

My family had a great time, and the view from the suite was hard to beat. The beach and pool were great, with lovely water and sand. Sara and Remonda kept checking that our stay was going well and did everything they could to help us enjoy it. It’s an amazing resort with a great location and exceptional customer service. The staff were always around, helpful, and friendly. Looking forward to coming back.
