Ahmed Attia at the beach was kind and attentive, making sure we had what we needed by the sea. Nader Hassan from housekeeping also took great care of our room, with the kind of attention that made a real difference. Across Rixos, the staff were welcoming, professional, and ready to help with a smile from the moment we arrived, so we felt comfortable and valued throughout. The restaurants had a great range of delicious food, all of excellent quality. Thanks to the whole team for making our vacation so enjoyable. We hope to return.

The resort’s entertainment has its ups and downs. There are daily activities, live music, and evening shows that give things a lively feel, especially for families and anyone who likes organized programs. During the day, the animation team runs sports, games, and pool activities, and at night there are shows with dancing, music, and performances. Tower 1’s lobby bar was one of the nicer places to unwind in the evening, with an elegant but comfortable atmosphere. Drinks were generally good, and it felt more consistent in quality and service than the resort’s other bars. It can be slow when busy, though, and the cocktails aren’t always made consistently.

It feels like a luxury resort and has the facilities to match, though the service still needs to improve to reach that level. I also noticed that many reviews naming particular staff members seem to come after employees repeatedly encourage guests to leave positive reviews and mention them.

The front desk staff were friendly and professional, and check-in and checkout were easy and smooth. My room was comfortable and clean, and the hotel had a very relaxing feel. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it.

The front desk team made my stay memorable with the exceptional service they gave me. Osama Selina, Amr, and Mayar really stood out, which is why I gave the hotel five stars.
