The massage with Muhammad Abdulloh was relaxing and effective, and I felt much better afterward. He was skilled, professional, and friendly, and paid close attention to what I needed throughout the session. I felt comfortable the whole time. Outstanding service, highly recommended.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the grounds were well maintained. Everything felt relaxing, and the hotel has a cozy atmosphere. The staff were friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything. We had an amazing stay at Swissôtel and are already looking forward to coming back. The spa is clean and elegant, and the facilities are wonderful. Mohammad welcomed us and explained everything clearly. Jenny was my therapist, and she was fantastic. Every touch felt thoughtful, and the massage left me relaxed and comfortable. It’s a lovely addition to an already gorgeous hotel. We had a wonderful meal at Flame Garden. The food was delicious, and Chef Ali and the kitchen team were amazing. Mr. Ahmet was especially welcoming and looked after us so well that we felt at home. Mr. Hossam from the shuttle bus service was also kind, friendly, and attentive, and his professional, warm manner made the stay more enjoyable. Everything at Swissotel, from the atmosphere to the service and hospitality, has been excellent. Thanks to everyone. Highly recommended!
