The room maintenance and cleanliness could be better, but the staff were friendly and the services were good. I’ll definitely return. The location is outstanding, with an amazing sea and a private beach, and I couldn’t get enough of the view.

The room was dirty and full of flies, and it clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. Food was poor quality and overpriced, so the extra charges weren’t worth it. I paid extra through Booking.com for a larger room, but when I arrived they gave me a smaller standard one and said it was “the same.” Total scam. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and the manager (Mohamed) wouldn’t help or fix anything. No apology, no solution. What you book isn’t what you get, and they simply don’t care. Not worth your money. Worst experience ever, avoid this hotel.

They claim the lack of WiFi is due to “governmental regulation,” which sounds like a lie. The breakfast was absolutely tragic, and the bedsheets were among the worst I’ve seen in a hotel, worn out and stained. This feels like a 3* place, surely not 5. Don’t waste your money, go elsewhere.

The view was the only remotely good part. Everything else felt unhygienic and unsafe. The fruit they served was spoiled and could easily have caused food poisoning. Housekeeping standards were horrific, and hygiene clearly wasn’t a priority. The room smelled terrible as soon as I walked in, and there were visible stains on the bedsheets. I was shocked to see a housekeeper clean a window, then drain the dirty water from the swiper straight into the pool. Avoid this place.
