Barceló Tiran Sharm

Mahamed, who we nicknamed “jumper man” because he never took it off, was so attentive on the beach. He’d bring our morning coffees as soon as he saw us, and the beach team went out of their way to keep us comfortable. In the restaurant, Zamir was outstanding for his friendliness, customer service, and genuine care. Basson, the restaurant manager, and the rest of the staff were great too. There was plenty of choice, and we were always greeted with a smile. The hotel was very clean and everyone was happy to help. We had a fantastic holiday in a beautiful place and will definitely return.

The animation team brought a lot of life to the stay, with well-organized sports, dances, and evening shows. Wiktoria and Kimo stood out for their energy, kindness, and way of connecting with guests. They also took such good care of an elderly person in our group. We felt safe and looked after throughout, and even leaving was hard because of the people, the atmosphere, and the hotel's special character. There was plenty of space on the beach, with easy sea access and coral reef visible nearby. The pools were clean, though the main one sometimes felt a little cool, and we could always find sunbeds. We especially liked the beach restaurant for both its menu and service. The food selection offered something for everyone, and our rooms were spotless, cleaned daily, and kept to a high standard. Service was consistently thoughtful. At the lobby bar, staff remembered what we liked. Ahmed R. did a great job at the main restaurant, and Mohammed was just as attentive and professional at the bar. Reception quickly helped us change rooms for an older guest, the waiters were friendly, and the shop assistant was kind and gave us good recommendations. The hotel's atmosphere worked well for families while still having lively moments. We had an excellent stay at Barceló Tiran Sharm and would gladly recommend it.

Kimo and the animation team made our stay at Barceló Tiran so memorable. Their energy and friendliness brought a fun, welcoming feel to the resort, and you could tell they cared about the entertainment they put on. Kimo was always smiling and made everyone feel included. He gave his all at the pool games, sports, and evening shows, and his enthusiasm really lifted our holiday. A big thank you to him and the whole team for such lovely memories.

Amr behind the bar was a real hero. He was friendly, fun, and professional, and clearly brilliant at what he does. His cocktails were fantastic every time, and he always made the effort to ensure everyone was enjoying themselves. He’s the kind of person who makes a holiday stick in your memory. The atmosphere at Barceló Tiran Sharm was relaxed and high quality, and the staff made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. Our rooms were spotless, the grounds were beautiful, and the food was great. We felt looked after and thoroughly spoiled the whole time.
