The building and the town’s history give this place a special feel. We spent two peaceful nights at El Quseir Hotel, where the staff were friendly, the rooms and bathroom were clean, and breakfast was freshly prepared. Be sure to visit the old phosphate factory and its abandoned buildings. You get a real sense of living history there.

Quseir is a charming little town with plenty of (colonial) history to explore, and it’s worth spending a day or two there. The hotel is in a beautiful building from 1910, filled with historical artifacts that make you feel as if you’ve stepped back in time. The rooms are gorgeous, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Even during ramadan, we had a lovely breakfast each morning. Prices were decent, and I’d absolutely recommend it.

Someone recommended this place to me, and I’m glad they did. The hotel and surrounding area have a wonderful atmosphere and history. I know Egypt well, and this hidden gem is a great choice for anyone who wants to see more than the usual tourist spots. I’ll definitely visit again.

There’s a great sea view from my room, and the room itself is spacious and air-conditioned. The breakfast was lovely, especially the eggs, and the price felt like good value, exceeding my expectations. 3amer was helpful and cooperative. This is a historic place where you can hear the story of a great town, with vintage furniture and a setting right by the sea. The street noise was nice in the evening, but became a problem when I tried to sleep. There’s no bathroom inside the room. If you stay, give yourself two days to explore the hotel and the area.

This very old house has such a special atmosphere, it feels like floating through time and space. Thanks to the family for keeping the place in the same spirit for so long. My favorite house by the sea. I’m coming back. Shoukran 🙏
