The owner was friendly and helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of. The ladies who prepared our food were lovely, caring, and always kind, and the food was delicious. Kareem deserves a special thank you. I've never met anyone more polite, helpful, and always smiling. His positive attitude made a real difference and made our stay even more special. From our first moment there, everyone made us feel welcome. The hotel was excellent in every way. We'll definitely come back and highly recommend it to everyone.

It was our fourth hotel of the trip, and by far the best. The people made the experience: the staff were reliable, amazing, and incredibly helpful, and the service was the best we had during the whole trip. Special thanks to Yassine and Mandy. We'll book here again if we return to Egypt.

Great value for money. Kareem helped us check in early, and all the staff were welcoming and nice. We had great views from our room and the restaurant on the 7th floor. Breakfast was good too.
