Nubian Farm

Mahmoud's knowledge of the farm's ingredients stood out. He explained why using local produce matters for the flavors, and we got to try some of the organic food, which was delicious. He also showed us around the farm, explained its organic methods, and introduced the crops grown there. Learning about traditional Nubian farming and the effort to preserve the area's agricultural heritage was fascinating. The rooms were basic but comfortable, and the air conditioning was a welcome break from the heat outside. It was nice to relax there after a day of activities and exploring. Mahmoud made sure we had an enjoyable, memorable stay, and the whole staff were warmly hospitable and dedicated to giving guests an authentic, immersive experience. The tour, food, and rooms all made my stay at Nubian Farm better than I expected. I'd highly recommend it for a peaceful getaway or if you're into nature.

If you want to get away from the busy tourist areas, relax, and read a book, this is a perfect hideaway. The setting on the Nile is beautiful, quiet, and calm, and the food was good, though there wasn't much variety and it was quite expensive. It's a very simple Nubian Farm stay. You have to take a ferry to get there, since cars can't reach it. The ferry for arriving and leaving is free, but trips to other places cost money. Be aware of that, as they tell you the ferry is free for guests and then charge you at the end. There are lots of stairs and uneven paths, so I wouldn't recommend it if you have mobility challenges.

The service was uneven and seemed to depend on who you dealt with. The food was poor in both quality and quantity, so I wouldn't recommend the place to people I care about. The location itself is heavenly, with lush greenery, a simple-life feel, and majestic rock formations.

The scenery was breathtaking, and the location made me feel fully alive. It was a slice of heaven, but the poor management and service made our stay dreadful. The food was bad and unbearable. We would've had a better dining experience in a prison. Cleanliness seemed like a joke. The staff were very friendly, but I questioned whether they could run a place of this caliber. We were the only guests, and still had such a terrible experience. Without those mesmerizing views, we would've left on the first day.
