The staff were really kind, helpful, and flexible. They offered several programs through their agency, but we had already booked ours in advance, so I can't comment on those. We spent a few days here in a nice, clean room, with an excellent view of the pyramids. The entrance is a five-minute walk away. We could watch horses and camels outside our window, parked there during the day.

Everyone on staff was incredibly friendly, and I have no complaints. The rooms were very cosy. You're close to coffee shops and Giza's busy streets, where people may offer you quality fresh products from nearby. Huge thanks to everybody in Egypt who made the trip so special and unforgettable.

After an already unacceptable stay at another hotel the day before, this second day turned out even worse. We arrived at noon, left our luggage, and were assured that our confirmed check-in was fine. We'd already messaged the hotel the day before because of our bad experience, and had been given the same reassurance. Based on that, we went to visit the Grand Egyptian Museum. When we got back at 4:30 PM, they said another guest hadn't checked out and the hotel was overbooked, so we'd be moved elsewhere. They called it the same level, but it clearly wasn't. We checked the alternative ourselves: it was inferior, worse in quality, comfort, and location, and didn't have the pyramid view we'd paid for. We asked right away for a fair solution at the level of our original booking, but none was offered. We couldn't speak with the manager because staff said he didn't speak English. The staff left to handle it had no authority and offered no real fix. There was no compensation, proper relocation, or accountability. We ended up booking another hotel ourselves at a much higher price, far from the city center and without a pyramid view. It wasn't comparable to what we'd reserved in October. We also had to pay for extra taxis to get there and additional transport to make it to our New Year's Eve dinner on time. This felt like a pattern of overbooking and poor planning, with no regard for guests. The lack of management, refusal to take responsibility, and absence of honest, professional solutions were the worst parts. Future guests should not rely on the hotel's confirmations. During a busy period or special occasion, or if you expect a particular standard, you're taking a serious risk. Management should be ashamed of how this was handled.

It's wonderful to wake up, open your eyes, and see the pyramids from bed. We started with a small misunderstanding: we got a pyramid-view room without a balcony. But honestly, a balcony isn't something you really need here. The square in front is pretty noisy with cars, horses, camels, kids, and all the rest, so you wouldn't be meditating out there anyway :) The location feels very alive, and you can hear and feel the tourist side of Giza. The staff are simply great, kind and helpful, and polite without being over the top. The room was comfortable and clean enough, and the beds were comfy too. Breakfast was tasty, with fresh vegetables and fruit. If you leave early for an excursion, they provide a breakfast box, which wasn't bad either. If you're after nice staff and good value, this is the place. We had a great stay at CTP.

We spent a lovely New Year's Eve thanks to Ziad and the rest of the staff, who were so nice and always willing to help. The room was clean and well furnished, and breakfast was amazing with outstanding views. The hotel is perfectly located, close to the center and the pyramids. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it :)
