Gohar Guest House

We felt right at home at Gohar Guest House. The manager was so kind and welcoming, and the place was clean, comfortable, and well located. Everything was perfect during our three-night stay. Highly recommended!

The terrace view of the pyramids was incredible, and having breakfast there each day was a treat. Gohar Guest House is close to the pyramids but tucked along a secondary road, so nights were completely quiet. The rooms were spotless and the beds comfortable, and breakfast was homemade and delicious. We loved the simple feel of the place and the heartfelt hospitality from Halim, the owner. He looked after us like family, and we're very grateful.

I went with my fiance for the marathon and ended up wishing we could stay forever. The sunsets over the pyramids were memorable, and the place is open to those views. Everyone made us feel welcome. Breakfast was delicious, and Mr Halim even woke us up for it, which was so kind. I'll stay here whenever I visit Giza again and will keep recommending it to friends.

Mr. Halim's kindness made the stay special. He was always smiling and attentive, and even drove me around in his own car, which made my visits much easier. I also loved his sweet cats and the delicious breakfasts he prepared with care. The guest house was peaceful and warm, with spacious, spotless rooms. Its two big terraces have wonderful pyramid views and were a lovely place to watch the sunsets. I had a magical time here in Cairo and would wholeheartedly recommend it for a heartfelt, authentic stay. Thank you, Mr. Halim, for your generosity and hospitality.
