The staff made this holiday feel like home. The waiters handled our three families and all the kids with such efficiency and warmth, and the bartenders kept us laughing with great drinks and good energy in the evenings. Huge thanks to all of you, boys! We also loved how clean and well cared for the rooms and shared spaces were. There was plenty of fresh, tasty food every day, and the facilities and atmosphere worked really well for a large family group. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return. Highly recommend it for a relaxed break with such attentive service.

We stayed here in March, and the hotel was lovely. Hossam, the po by the restaurant, was the best part for us. He’s a great guy, worked incredibly hard, and couldn’t do enough to help. The one downside was our room facing the Sky Bar. The Russiana partied until 5am, and we were kept awake most of the night.

The building isn’t the newest, but the wonderful staff more than made up for that. The food was delicious, the service stood out, and we’d happily stay here again. Everyone was attentive and did their best to make our holiday a success. My mother has allergies, and the team took extra care to prepare meals for her. My grandmother has trouble walking, so they kindly drove her to and from the beach. Those thoughtful touches made our time in Egypt special. We can highly recommend this place.

The one bright spot was the staff and animation team. Youssef Negro was especially welcoming and friendly, and Amy and Maria were good too. The rest of the experience was poor: the rooms weren’t cleaned properly and were dirty, and the restaurant smelled really bad. The food had almost no taste, while the drinks, sauces, and other things were all watery. The pools weren’t heated, and the beach was a long way away.
