Charmillion Club Resort

The restaurant and bar staff were brilliant, and every member of staff we met was friendly and courteous. We’re sad to be leaving later today after such a wonderful stay. We always booked our trips through Bassam from the adventure team. He was respectful and not at all pushy, and looked after us well. The entertainment team made the holiday so much fun, with plenty to join in. Memo was brilliant at organising it all, from aqua gym to Latin dancing and more. Big thanks to Memo, Noura, Shika, Samira, Umida, Greta, and Habib. Noura is such a beautiful, energetic young lady. They all did an amazing job and made our holiday special. Eslam the lifeguard was a joy to meet, friendly and considerate, and nothing was too much trouble. A big thank you to him and to all the staff at Charmillion!

The food in the main buffet restaurant was amazing, with lots of choice and lovely presentation. We also tried the four other restaurants, Japanese, French, Italian, and Lebanese, and they were fantastic. My friend and I had a wonderful holiday at this big resort. Everyone was friendly and helpful, from the lobby bar and restaurant teams to the cleaners. The animation team, Memo, Shika, Noura, Umida, Samira, Greta, and Habib, worked so hard and brought great energy and zest for life to all the activities. Eslam, one of the pool lifeguards, was kind and helpful, always willing to do anything he could. Bassam from the dive centre organised one of our trips. He was a lovely man, so helpful and kind. Everyone at Charmillion club resort made this a holiday to remember. We’ll definitely come back one day. Thanks again to you all.

The snorkelling from the private beach was a special experience, and one of the biggest positives for us. The resort is immaculate and exceptionally clean throughout, with friendly, accommodating staff and great food with plenty of choice. The February weather was amazing too. I’m lucky to be staying here now, and couldn’t recommend it more.

Chef Ahmed Fathy deserves a special mention for the incredible help. They took time to understand my needs and offered thoughtful recommendations with real expertise and a friendly manner. I felt valued throughout, and the whole process was easy and enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, the welcoming staff and warm atmosphere made me feel at home. The team paid close attention to detail and made sure everything was right. The products were also excellent, and it’s clear they care about both their customers and their craft. I left completely satisfied and already looking forward to returning. The experience went beyond my expectations, and I can’t recommend this place enough. If you want reliable service and genuine care, I’d recommend staying at this resort.
