My appointment was for 9, but they didn't get to me until 10:10. Then they complained about the delay, even though I saw other people waiting too and heard them raising the same issue. They said they would clean the room, but it still wasn't clean. I wouldn't recommend coming here.

That beach walk was so peaceful, and watching all the fish swim by the sandbar was really cool. The hotel has a lovely beach area, and the food was phenomenal. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to make us happy. Highly recommend!

The service was inconsistent. Some staff seemed capable and attentive, but others were dismissive and unprofessional, which made the whole stay unpleasant. They were slow to respond to requests, often overlooked simple things like room service or extra amenities, and struggled to explain information clearly. When we raised problems, we didn't get satisfactory solutions. Staff sometimes ignored the issue or shifted blame onto guests, leaving us feeling unsupported. Their rude, condescending manner and lack of interest in helping created a hostile atmosphere.

The buffet was a letdown, with limited food that wasn't replenished even an hour after opening. We were told to come as early as possible or there might be nothing left. The aqua park pool water looked dirty and yellowish, and the sandy beach was very dirty too. Housekeeping wouldn't come to clean despite repeated requests, and when we asked for clean towels or sheets, they said they had none. The pool attendant also refused to exchange a wet towel for a dry one, saying there was only one dry towel per day. Mr Ayman, who acted as the manager, shouted at guests and was arrogant and disrespectful. The staff were impolite and unprofessional throughout. This was the worst time I've had in Sharm Elsheikh, and it's no wonder there were so few guests. I wouldn't stay here again, even if it were the last hotel on earth.
