The villa at Club Prive by Rixos Sharm El Sheikh was spacious, beautifully designed, and very clean. It had all the facilities we needed, and the private heated pool made the stay especially comfortable. We felt relaxed and well looked after. There was a good range of food and restaurants, with different cuisines to suit different tastes. The staff were friendly and clearly tried their best, though language barriers sometimes made it hard to explain specific requests. The butler service was outstanding, 100/100. Gamal stayed with us throughout and handled requests right away, making the vacation much more comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay. With service like that, the experience is unforgettable.

The surroundings at Club Prive by Rixos were breathtaking, and the peaceful atmosphere made it perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our villa was luxurious and beautifully maintained, and from the moment we arrived, the stay felt exceptional. Abdelrahman, our personal butler, made it truly special. He paid close attention, was professional and genuinely caring, and made sure we were comfortable. He arranged special requests, helped with reservations, and checked in with a smile. His service was outstanding and made us feel so welcome. The whole team was wonderful, but Abdelrahman is the reason the stay will stay with us. We highly recommend Club Prive by Rixos for luxury, comfort, and great service, and can’t wait to return.

Without Mr Mahmoud Farhan helping us, it would’ve been hard to manage everything. Restaurants were booked and the golf cars were full, but he made it all easy for us. Thanks to him 😊
