The hotel's treatment of guests was awful. Staff didn't seem to know how to deal with people, and when leaving with a bag, security stopped me and made me show ID before allowing me out. I also found the toilet full of urine on my first night, and the hygiene was terrible. The Wi-Fi was useless. I had to wait as long as 12 hours for someone to enter the password manually on my device. I don't trust the hotel with belongings either: items may be stolen or damaged by housekeeping, and management dismissed complaints and defended the staff. This was the worst hotel experience I've had. It's unsafe, dirty, and unprofessional, and I strongly advise avoiding it. You may regret it one way or another.

I paid 1,150 EGP for one night in a quiet back room on the seventh floor. I was there for a seminar/interview at the nearby Egyptian Banking Institute (EBI) in the Administrative Engineers Tower, at most about 29 minutes away on foot. The hotel is next to Al-Nabila Hotel, costs less, and was good value for money.

The room stayed uncleaned for all three days, and the two of us were left with just two towels, which were never changed. When we finally asked the manager on the third day, he said they had problems but didn't explain what they were. We had to argue to get the room cleaned. Reception staff spoke very poor English, so communication was difficult. They'd told us breakfast was included, but when we went the next morning, they sent us away saying it wasn't. The hotel was old, smelly, and dirty. Worst experience of my life, please stay away.

The location is hard to beat. Literally everything is nearby, and you can get pretty much anywhere within five minutes.

There was no hot water in the room for 24 hours, and breakfast was just okay. Staff kept following us around the buffet. At check-in they were rude and wanted to see our marriage certificate. I told them Westerners don't carry one around while traveling. I'd give it zero stars if I could, since this definitely isn't a hotel.
