The neighborhood can be noisy, but they provide earplugs if you’re sensitive to it. The location is excellent, the people are friendly, service is great, and breakfast is generous. My suite was amazing, with a Jacuzzi and a perfect view of the pyramids. If I return to Egypt, I’ll definitely stay at Zoom hotel again.

They arranged different tours, and communication was excellent, with quick replies and help on WhatsApp whenever I needed it. The staff were welcoming, the rooms spotless, and the whole experience was excellent.

The staff were super helpful, the rooms were spotless and felt safe, and the pyramid views were breathtaking. For the price, it’s unbeatable value, with a great mix of comfort, security, and location. I can’t wait to come back.

The rooms can get noisy since they’re right on the street, so bring earplugs if that bothers you. Still, I’d come back. Shops are close by, the staff are friendly and really good, and they even surprised us with a birthday cake. The pyramids are very close, and it’s right in central Giza.
