For a 3 star hotel, it's good value for money. The staff are helpful, and the location works well. You can go to the restaurant for good food and coffee with a view of the pyramids. Breakfast with the meal plan has a good variety and is enough to keep you full till lunch.

The view of the pyramids is good, but you can see them from plenty of nearby places. The hospitality doesn't match the price, and management was so poor. They added extra fees for everything, even the bank's percentage on credit card payments through their account. The restaurant's air conditioning leaks constantly, leaving water all over the floor.

The views were great, the restaurant food was good, and the staff were really helpful. The rooms were plain but clean. I stayed three nights and should have added a fourth. It's a decent hotel, better than more expensive places in the area.

The views were amazing, the property was clean and the rooms were nice. Mohamed Ramadan waited on us throughout our stay and was so attentive and helpful. He made the trip even better. I recommend staying here.

At the rooftop restaurant, Mohamed ramadan was warm, friendly and professional, and gave me the best restaurant service. He suggested one of the restaurant's most popular dishes, and it was really delicious. He also took lots of lovely photos of me, which I really appreciated. May Allah bless you always!
