Pyramids Gem Plaza Boutique Hotel & Restaurant

The view of the pyramids was amazing, and the customer service was excellent. I had a very pleasant stay and would come back.

We’d arranged airport pickup directly with the hotel, but nobody came. We took a taxi there and found out the hotel had shut down two months earlier. We weren’t notified and didn’t get a refund. My family and I had to find somewhere to stay at the last minute, even though we’d arranged the trip six months ago.

The suites and staff are AMAZING. And that view! Best hotel ever.

The roof terrace has breathtaking pyramid views, and breakfast up there was lovely. We stayed three nights in a three-room apartment with a four-poster bed and ensuite. The open-plan living space was very roomy, and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the mod cons, including a washing machine and microwave. The service was outstanding throughout, and the hotel is in a great spot for the Pyramids. I can’t wait to return for a longer stay. We got used to the constant beeping and honking outside pretty quickly. It was less noticeable higher up, and the windows were reasonably well insulated, but if you’re sensitive to noise, you may want to bring good earplugs just in case.
