Nadia made a stressful moment much easier when my dress zipper broke during an appointment at the hotel. I went to the restroom not knowing who to ask, and she kindly brought a needle and thread and fixed the dress herself. She also reassured me, lightened the mood, and wouldn’t accept anything in return. Her kindness and professionalism saved my day. I’d visited the hotel before, but this was the first time I noticed how pleasant the restroom smelled and how spotless the mirrors were. The cleanliness and attention to detail stood out. Nadia, the Housekeeping Supervisor for Public Areas, was focused on every detail and handled everything professionally. She apologized for the inconvenience and personally checked if I needed help. She was polite, respectful, and clearly dedicated to her work. I’m writing to thank her. Thanks to Nadia, I left with a wonderful impression of the hotel. She’s a real asset to the team and an example of genuine hospitality.

The dining room was a pleasure, with a great variety of delicious food. Mr Bashara, the chefs, and the staff helped make the meals enjoyable. Our bellman, Saeem, was friendly and very helpful with our bags and throughout our stay. Islam, Donia, Rawia, Kouloud, and our customer relations representative Seham were caring, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Check in and check out were handled quickly. I recommend Pyramisa hotel for its location, safety, dining, and professional service. We had a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The central location made getting around Cairo easy. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and the staff gave outstanding service. We also enjoyed the restaurant and café, especially the excellent hot drinks.

Everyone was kind, and the hotel was very clean. Mona and Rawda were especially helpful, kind, and smart during check in. They really made the experience for us. My stay at Pyramisa Suites Hotel was fantastic.

Essam was really down to earth and even kept my luggage for a while after checkout. The staff were helpful, and the breakfast was great. My room was spacious and clean, though it could use a little more upkeep and a fresh coat of paint for a place advertised as five-star. They let me check in early after my overnight flight, which I really needed. I’d choose this decent Cairo hotel over staying near the pyramids in Giza, where it can get pretty chaotic.
