I was here for a few days as a tourist. The standout was the rooftop, where having a drink and enjoying the view was amazing. My room was clean, and the staff were super nice. Thanks to everyone who made my stay feel special. I'd also recommend their city center and museum tours. They made things much easier for me.

The balcony had a wonderful view of the pyramids, especially in the morning over breakfast, and at night too. The room had AC, a fridge, and a TV, and the place was clean and pleasant. The owners were the kindest people, and the reception and treatment were the best. Just ask for something and they'll bring it over. The tourist services were good and very affordable. I recommend staying here, and hope anyone who comes has a happy vacation.

A friend pointed me to this hotel and shared Mohamed's contact. From the moment I texted him, he was helpful and easygoing. He found me a neat room, arranged airport pickup and set up my tours. His English is good, and he's a genuinely lovely person. I had a great time with Mohamed on the tours. Thanks also to Hesham and uncle Ismail, Mohamed's father, who has worked in tourism for nearly 40 years and knows all sorts of hidden gems. We had an AMAZING camel ride around the Giza pyramids at sunset. Thanks to everyone, I'd definitely recommend it.

I stayed three days. The staff and room service were really nice. Wish I could've stayed longer, and I'd visit again if I get the chance. Thanks again.

I never stayed at the hotel, but I booked its pyramid tour on someone's recommendation. I'd come specifically for the pyramids and museum, and had hoped to visit in the evening to avoid the harsh sun because medication makes my skin sensitive. Plans changed, and I ended up in Giza during the day, taking the hotel's horse tour for €120 for the full route. It was a huge mistake. I asked for a scarf to cover my face from the sun. The owner said the guide would bring one later. I wanted my professional camera because I'm keen on photography and hoped to get good pictures, as my phone camera isn't very good. They told me to take only my phone since riding with a bag and camera would be inconvenient. I'd also forgotten water, and nobody offered any or reminded me to bring it. Near the entrance, another guide brought a scarf. The two adult men guiding us tied it on and said it cost 300 Egyptian pounds, which I had to pay to buy it. Nobody had told me this beforehand. I offered to rent it since I don't need to own a scarf for the desert, where I don't go every day. I travel a lot and couldn't fit it in my suitcase. But both men pressured me, a young woman, insisting I could only buy it. After repeatedly explaining I only wanted to rent it, I got upset and angry and said I'd go without it. My mood was already ruined. We set off on horseback through the desert heat and blazing sun. Before long, I knew I wouldn't last about two hours without water or a scarf. I couldn't take the photos I'd wanted, my skin was starting to redden, and I felt dehydrated. Less than an hour in, I asked to turn back. I was disappointed. This wasn't how I'd imagined seeing the pyramids. Back at the hotel, I couldn't hold back my tears in the lobby. I explained what had happened, crying in front of people. For €120, I got dehydration, disappointment, tears, and sunburn. The staff tried to make things right by offering a sunset view of the pyramids and a photo opportunity, the darn scarf, and water. But the trip I'd waited 20 years for, a childhood dream, had been completely ruined. In the end I paid €85 for what was simply the worst tour of my life, plus a tip for the guide. That's what a lot of money got me. The tour isn't worth a penny. For that price, they could have looked after their clients better. I couldn't stop crying with hurt and disappointment all the way home. Life will put things in their place, and greed will be punished.
