The Lotus Guest House - 3 Pyramids View

I spent my evenings at this wonderful hotel after days packed with fun, so I barely took any photos. Franco, the owner, and all the staff were amazing, and the tours and experiences were the best. Come make your own memories and let them treat you like royalty. Best ever, omg.

I planned on three days here and stayed nine. The rooftop view is captivating, with an unobstructed look at the pyramids and the Sphinx, and it's a lovely spot for breakfast or sunset dinner. The hotel is comfortable and a great value, with an economical price, nice rooms, a plentiful, delicious breakfast, and a phenomenal view. Ahmed and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. The basics were all good, too: fast internet, clean comfortable bed sheets, roomy bathrooms, plenty of hot water, and an air conditioner that works well without much noise. You can walk to the pyramids gate in about five minutes, passing plenty of restaurants and convenience stores.

The rooms were new and clean, with great AC. It was cold inside while it was 40°C outside. The furniture is basic but new, and that simple setup suited us. For the price, the staff and closeness to the Pyramids made this an amazing place. Set your expectations accordingly: it's not a luxury five-star hotel, and the nearby area is a bit run down. In some spots outside, you may smell horse and camel waste. Still, the location and seeing the camels and horses were a unique experience for us and the kids. With a positive mindset, you'll love it. Please tip the staff and others. You're spending hundreds or thousands of dollars on the trip, and a one US dollar tip can go a long way toward keeping people happy and helping you have a great experience.

The terrace has a breathtaking view, and our big room was clean. Breakfast was decent, and for the money, it was a good stay. We spent two nights here while visiting Giza. The hotel is on the building's second floor, with no elevator, but the housekeeper helped with our luggage. The street can be hard to find because Google Maps doesn't show the best route. Still, it felt safe, and the pyramids were within walking distance.
